2010 Recreational Stroke and Turn ProgramThe Southwest Valley Family YMCA is offering 4 weeks of stroke and turn clinics to prepare athletes for the 2010 Mar West Swim League season. The 2010 Recreational Stroke and Turn Program is designed to help athletes with stroke development and to prepare for the summer recreational swim season in a non-competitive environment. It is expected that participants have a basic understanding of all four swim strokes and be able to complete a one hour stroke clinic.
April 27 and April 29, 5-6pm:
May 4 and May 6, 5-6pm:
May 11 and May 13, 5-6pm:
May 18 and May 20, 5-6pm:
Cost: It is recommended that all participants wear a competitive swim suit and goggles during all lessons. |
